What are the costs?
There are no tuition fees, only minimal
cost for supplies.
How long is the program?
The program is 4000 hours of on-the-job training and 288 hours of
classroom instruction. Most students are enrolled for two years.
(You can receive up to 50% credit for
previous education or training.)
Does the program meet Florida Law?
The SCTI program complies with Staff
Credentials DCF, Chapter 65C-22 CDA
Equivalency and is nationally recognized.
