Occupational Completion Points
(OCPs) and Literacy
Completion Points (LCP) enable students to complete segments of a
program.
Students who complete an OCP or LCP may exit
school, or they may continue to complete another OCP or LCP.
All programs have at least one OCP but some
programs have multiple OCPs.
As a student progresses through OCPs and/or LCP’s,
the student’s skill level increases along with the opportunity for more
advanced jobs paying higher wages and/or higher education.
