The opportunities for a career as a preschool educator continue to grow as more families need care for their young children. SCTI offers many certificate programs and credentialing options to prepare you to work with young children.

All programs meet Florida Department of Children and Families, and Sarasota County child care training requirements.

A staff credential is an official designation that means an individual’s professional education meets or exceeds the professional criteria set by the Department of Children and Families. Attaining one of these certificates is your first step toward educational advancement in our field.
